Garden State Golden Retriever Club members all share a love for this wonderful breed. We get together 9 times a year at club meetings that include interesting presentations. During the year we also host events, such as our Annual Health Clinic, Match Show, All Breed Agility Trial, Specialty Point Show and WC/WCX.

If you accept the GSGRC’s Constitution and By Laws and are interested in developing a bond like no other with your Golden(s), please fill it out the Membership Application and bring it with you to one of our regularly scheduled meetings or events. (Link the schedule/events page to this spot) Include a check made out to the GSGRC for your annual membership dues. The Club Secretary will then present you application to the entire membership for consideration and a vote on your application will be held at the next meeting. Once voted into the GSGRC, you will receive a welcome letter from the membership committee char and you will start to receive the GSGRC “Goldmine” newsletter and all club mailings including the club meeting notices.)

To remain a member in good standing, you are expected to attend at least one club meeting and/or help at two club-sponsored events. Club meetings are normally held on the last Tuesday of each month from September through June (except for November and December). From the date a membership application is received, a member will have one year to fulfill their membership requirements. If the member fails to fulfill their requirements, they will have to reapply for membership. No refund will be made for dues submitted if the membership requirements are not met.
